Despite its compact size, the Ford Maverick has enough advanced tech features to best competition with bigger, beefier, trend-forward pickups. It's also Ford's first fully hybrid pickup, making it 'green' and brainy. Here are some of our Antigo, WI Langlade Ford team's favorite Ford Maverick tech features.
The Ford Maverick has an embedded onboard modem called the FordPass Connect. It interfaces with the FordPass App for smartphones, giving your smartphone the power to initiate remote vehicle start and remote climate control. Now, you can start your engine 10 minutes before you leave for work, remotely turning on the heat or AC to warm or cool the Ford Maverick cabin to your liking.
Lane CenteringThe Ford Maverick scans lane markings on either side of you, automatically deploying slower speeds and automatic steering control to mitigate or entirely prevent the outcomes associated with unintentional lane drifting. This feature is a part of Ford's standard suite of driver-assist technologies, Ford Co-Pilot 360.
